Position Description / Responsibilities:
· Conduct business development and market research activities
· Attend conferences and tradeshows
· Maintain customer relationships with current users, including support, training, and business development
· Facilitate communication between HealthRx Corporation and customers at customer sites and HealthRx site
· Develop written training courses and user manuals
· Produce/manage technical documentation
· Create cost and technical proposals
· Develop technical specifications for new product modules
· Write marketing collateral for online and printed publications
· Develop online e-Learning modules for Training Manager
· Design and implement GUIs in Adobe Flex
