Position Description / Responsibilities:
Brion Umidi provides CFO level services and directs all client activities for Umidi + Company.
Mr. Umidi brings clients extensive experience in life sciences, healthcare technology and over 20 years financing and growing companies, with an emphasis in corporate finance, financial operations, planning, corporate governance, investor relations and business process.
Overview:
Umidi + Company helps organizations accomplish business objectives through financial management programs. We provide services frequently performed by the CFO, controller, treasurer, and other common internal roles and offer outsourced accounting and financial management solutions. Our principals include seasoned business and finance leaders with extensive experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
Location(s) / Subsidiaries:
Located in Annapolis, MD and serving organizations in the Baltimore, DC metro area and beyond.
