We are in the geographic center of two important movements: healthcare technology and policy-making of Federal Government. There are major initiatives in both sectors. The purpose of having network meetings would be to get to know the local players, share information on important issues through briefings, stay current on new developments, and network. A list of local companies and players was compiled and reviewed. The participants decided to have a feature topic for each meeting and have 5 minute updates on New Financings, Legal & Regulatory Developments, merger and acquisition activity, and new products. We agreed to meet regularly on third Tuesday of each month.
